In addition to the stamp that was issued in sheetlets
of 25, a special booklet with a folded strip of 10 was also produced. Scott's
notes the booklet but does not give it a separate catalog #.
The stamp illustrates parts of
Lithuania #1 from the first republic issue of 1918 and Lithuania #371, one of 4
stamps produced while Lithuania was still part of the USSR, but used after
independence as the first issue of the second republic. These
stamps were imperforate, and a later issue was also imperf
but had printed perfs added.

On July 19, 2024, Lithuania issued an imperf €1.55
stamp to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the Lithuanian Philatelists
Union. The design is of the cover of the first issue of the Philatelist
periodical in 1924; reproduced in black and white is Lithuania Sc #C16 issued in 1922.
A set of three stamps in the same
design were produced in 1921 to publicize the start of the first air post
service, but not put into use until 1922, when they were overprinted with
ZENKLAS (STAMP) on STEIGIMAS (FOUNDED) in the right panel and vertical bars on
the 1921 VI 25 date in the lower left of the vignette. These changes do
not show well in the small SoS.
