erred a bit in choosing the stamps. Austria-Hungary declared war on Russia on
August 6, 1914, but all the stamps reproduced were issued in 1915.
Singling out just this war declaration for commemoration is also strange, as by
that date, Austria-Hungary had started WW 1 in late July by invading Serbia,
and Germany had invaded Luxembourg, Belgium and France, bringing Gt Britain
into the conflict.
