Lou wrote: In 2020, the Dominican Post on their site, titled this issue "Remembrances of Dominican Philately-- the First Rouletted Stamps of 1880". There is no mention of this on the four stamps, so basically, they are four of the nine stamps of 1880 with changed values and currency in new colors. Scott lists the stamps as having been released on February 7, 2022, not 2020, and the catalog description reads "Type A6 Redrawn with denominations in Pesos and '2020' Year Date". To them, and me, that means a reissue, and not a good looking one either. In any case, the DR Post intent was to commemorate a previous issue, so it fits into the Type B grey area.
