Lou wrote: The reproduced stamp (Mi #30P), unlisted, but footnoted in Scott, is the rarest stamp of Andorra.

Originally printed as a color proof, it was then decided to use red for the 20c and the ultramarine for the 40c value, but altho officially unissued, somehow some of the proofs were released.  According to the Michel catalog only 25 of the variety exist. Since a $40,000+ price is out of the question for my collection, I have settled for adding the 20c red, #29 and the 40c ultramarine, #33 of the regular issue in its place.
